Designed specifically for children aged 8-14 and partly utilizes the wonderful book – Good Dog: Kids Teach Kids About Dog Behavior & Training. K-9 Kids will help build a lifelong bond between your child and their dog as they begin to learn and understand dog behavior, how to safely play with a dog, and how to teach a dog good manners and positive behaviors, such as sit and off. Owning a pet is a big responsibility so this class also aims to teach children about providing for a dogs emotional and physical needs, and to encourage them to be protectors and ambassadors for dogs.
